We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for our personalised items, as these are made to order. This does not however affect your statutory rights should the item be defective.

Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.

Our non-personalised items can be retuned to us within 28 days for a full refund at the original sold for price, as long as they are in the original packaging, and in the same saleable condition that you received them in.
