Upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 24 for £1.00 - This delivery service takes around 1-2 days, but please allow extra time during busy seasonal periods.

Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for £7.00 - Your order will need to be placed before 11am ( Mon-Thurs)

​Please note: If you order for next day Delivery on Friday-Sunday, your parcel will be delivered on the Tuesday.

International Delivery

Standard International Delivery for £5.00 - This standard service takes around 7-12 working days

Please Note: Parcels that are shipped overseas and incur custom charges will be payable by the customer.

Lost Orders

 

All orders are shipped and tracked Via Royal Mail.

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive when expected, please contact us asap.

For Uk Orders Royal Mail allows us to raise a missing order after 10 working days after the item was sent.

Charm You will offer to re-send the order again to the original address.

If this isn't suitable, then a refund can be sent once the lost order has been investigated by Royal Mail.
